TeamRise Membership & Platform Policy

This Refund Policy explains the rules regarding membership activation and payments on the TeamRise platform.

1. Membership Activation

TeamRise provides access to digital learning resources, community participation programs, and platform features through a one-time membership activation.

2. Non-Refundable Activation

Once a membership activation payment is verified and the account is activated, the payment becomes non-refundable. This is because digital resources and platform access are immediately granted to the member.

3. Incorrect Payment Submissions

Members are responsible for submitting correct transaction details during activation. TeamRise is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect payment information provided by the member.

4. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment is made accidentally, members must contact support within 48 hours with valid proof of payment. After verification, TeamRise may review the request and provide an appropriate resolution.

5. Fraudulent Transactions

Payments associated with fraudulent activities, chargebacks, or suspicious behavior may result in account suspension without refund.
